Hi, I’m Symone O’Neill. I am a Certified Life Skills Coach trained through Rhodes Wellness College, where I learned how to support people through the stuck and heavy parts of life with real tools, emotional clarity, and grounded compassion. My approach is not about quick fixes or surface talk. It is about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you through the process of meaningful change.
My education was immersive and hands-on, and I have continued to grow my practice through training in crisis prevention, mental health first aid, addictions awareness, gender-affirming care, neurodivergence in the workplace, early childhood development, and reconciliation education. These areas of learning help me hold space for a wide range of experiences with care that is informed, inclusive, and respectful.
I work with adults from all backgrounds, with a focus on men and couples who are navigating emotional disconnection, relationship strain, or a desire to reconnect with themselves. My sessions are steady and honest, built on trust and emotional safety.
This is not about fixing you. It is about creating space for you to feel seen, supported, and capable of moving forward on your own terms.
